Refund policy

At KATTOU, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something goes wrong with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (greeting cards and paper goods), we generally do not accept returns, unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item

If your item meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@kattouprints.com

2. Refunds

If your return is approved due to damage or error on our part, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by the Cyprus Postal Service or other local/international postal services

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@kattouprints.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item(s)

We’ll assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. However, if you received the wrong item, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost.
