Refund & Return Policy

At KATTOU, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights regarding withdrawals, returns, refunds, and faulty goods.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal button available in your order confirmation email or order history. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal request.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Returned goods should be sent back in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

2. Refunds Following Withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal request. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery so that we can resolve the issue quickly. Email us at info@kattouprints.com.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A clear photograph of the item and any damage

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you receive an incorrect item, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost.
