1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Cyprus
  • European Union member states
  • United Kingdom
  • Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City, Liechtenstein, Monaco

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During busy seasons (e.g. Christmas), processing time may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Method

We ship all orders via the Cyprus Postal Service (Cyprus Post).

All shipping options include: Registered tracked shipping (where available)

You will be able to choose your preferred shipping method at checkout (if applicable).

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services, and due to customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen delays. 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.

6. Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Delayed Orders

For tracked orders, we will assist you in locating your package or replacing it where applicable.
